It has no aroma to it but packs a good fruity and acidic punch which overpowers the usual taste.
Must try for those who like citrusy brews.
In my opinion, this is only good for cold brew. I'm not a big fan of these beans for hot brew but the stuff is good in itself.

It's really good with french press and pour over. With milk though I quite didnt like it. I prefer only dark roasts with milk. Otherwise it's better to be had only black to enjoy it's full tasting notes.

Grinding is not uniform. Everytime they send different grind size and lately they are coming too coarse which gives terrible extraction in espresso machine.

One of those exquisite coffee beans, I found my first brew ‘kissing’ the foamy milk at the top, I missed taking a photo in time and took one with even greater foam that brings back the unique blend of espresso shot with foamed milk all thanks to Country Bean frother, this perhaps is another one of TCR’s roasts that are now winning over my heart & favour over and above that of Blue Tokai, which in itself is a huge story in my coffee journey!
