Return and Refund Policy

Thank You for ordering from Toffee Coffee Roasters.

• Coffee being a perishable item, we're open for return orders within 2 days when you receive your order.
  
  
• If refunded, the user will be receiving the amount within 3-4 days of refund being processed.
• Accessories orders can only be replaced and not refunded. The replacement has to be claimed within 12 hours of receiving the order.

• Having said that we understand, we want your coffee experience with Toffee Coffee Roasters as enriched as possible. We're all ears, help us understand your personal taste palate towards your cup, and we're always happy to customize it for you.
