Very poor response with regard to delivery. Unfortunately, customer had to remind about the order, then it was sent. To be honest, you should get out of the excessive hype created at your end for this coffee. It is probably a chicory mix with nothing extraordinary. Everything is an experience and we as customers don't lose much by ordering your brand, once. There are so many coffee brands and we honestly feel " why old is gold". Focus more on making something as a remembered product.
