Also written to Toffee Coffee for resolving but no response.
Pathetic customer care and poor after sales service. Also started frauds by charging for 4 and sending only 1 pack.

It was my first try at cold brew coffee. The taste of the coffee is good. I drink it directly without mixing milk or water. Just some ice and u get the taste of the flavour. The only thing which bugged me was keeping it for 16hr but then again once u get used to it. It doesnt even matter. Recommended flavour: Vanilla.

Coffee tastes good but do not feel any difference between different flavors as 4 flavors coffee tastes same.
To improve it try to build difference in taste for different flavor
But I loved your coffee and I am going to try more coffees

The product is excellent, but the customer support is pathetic. They promised to correct a mistake on my order, but did nothing. And surprisingly no reply to emails also. In future would look for products with better service.

Excellent packaging, fresh and bold flavour, the free mason jar enhances the experience further! I can see significant improvement in customer service too which was a concern with TCR earlier. Delighted with the purchase!

Seems a bit pricey for the amount of coffee one receives, but the flavor is good so far. The mug is a bit weird, as it has no straw hole- but glad it’s free in this set. Aside from the shipping delay, the massive amount of packaging used- boxes inside of boxes- feels wasteful and unnecessary. I’ll buy closer to home in the future.
