It’s genuinely ironic that I received a feedback form asking me to rate my experience, when the truth is I never actually received the product I ordered in the first place. That fact alone says a lot about where things currently stand with this brand.
I placed my order through the official website on June 29th, deliberately choosing this route over third-party platforms specifically to avoid any risk of counterfeit products or old, stale roasts reaching me. It is now July 10th — nearly two weeks later — and I still have not received my order. The last shipping update I got was over five days ago, and there has been complete silence since then, with no explanation offered. I’ve made multiple attempts to follow up, reaching out to both the logistics partner handling the delivery and the brand’s own website support team, but neither has been able to give me any real resolution or clarity on where my order currently is.
I’d seen their ads all over Instagram for quite some time and was genuinely excited to finally try them and see what all the hype was actually about. Unfortunately, at this point, I honestly have no idea if the order will ever arrive at all.
Adding to the frustration, their WhatsApp support has also been consistently disappointing. Even before I placed the order, I tried reaching out with a few basic questions — about expected delivery timelines and the roast dates printed on the bags — and got nothing useful in return. Just a string of automated responses that had absolutely nothing to do with what I was actually asking. I’m really not someone who leaves negative reviews easily, but candidly, this entire experience — right from before the order was even placed — has been underwhelming and frustrating from start to finish.
It’s clear there’s a significant amount of money invested in marketing and advertising, but very little of that same energy seems to go into actual customer experience once an order is placed. This may well be an isolated incident, and I don’t want to be unfair by assuming otherwise without evidence. But I specifically chose to order through the official website — paying more than I would have on Blinkit, where the same product was available for roughly ₹300 cheaper — because I genuinely wanted to support a direct-to-consumer brand rather than take the cheaper, more convenient route available elsewhere.
As someone who genuinely enjoys coffee, beans in particular are not something I want to gamble with. They’re highly perishable once roasted, and there’s a fairly narrow window during which you can actually enjoy them fresh at their best. Ordering directly was meant to protect and enhance that experience, not compromise or ruin it entirely.
That said, given everything that has happened — the missed delivery, the near-total lack of communication, and the ongoing silence — I honestly don’t see myself ordering from them again anytime soon. Candidly, I’m left wondering: what exactly would I even be coming back for at this point?

One of the best Indian beans I have tried. Quite strong and has a quite earthy, nutty, chocolatey note to it. Brewed using a Chemex with metal filter.
I highly recommend using a finer grind size than the one used if you are using a metal filter.
The first 2 brews also had a little cherry like acidic feel to it but it didn't come again after the 3rd brew. I am guessing it was because I purchased ground beans and not whole so must have lost freshness after opening the bag.

Coffee spiked with condensed milk is consumed in different ways in different parts of the world. I was inspired by Cà Phê Sữa Đá, the Classic Vietnamese Iced Coffee made with drip coffee using "phin" over condensed milk finished with ice .
In my version I add
☕️ 20 grams of condensed milk
☕️ single shot of picopresso espresso brewed directly over ice (this blanches the coffee and locks in certain volatile compounds lost due to oxidation; this basically makes your espresso taste sweeter)
☕️ topped with some chilled raw milk
☕️ finished with chunks of Ether Atelier Noir 80%; the chocolate here doesn't overshadow as it doesn't melt, rather just sits and infuses its mild flavour with every sip, this balances off the sweetness of condensed milk and towards the end you have some chocolate to devour on.
